All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our pre-order model and the personal nature of sleep products, all ClubSlumber purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Why No Returns?

We believe deeply in the quality of our products. Every ClubSlumber pillow is made with premium eucalyptus Tencel and high-quality microfiber fill, and goes through rigorous quality control before it reaches you. Because sleep products are personal items, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@clubslumber.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right — whether through a replacement or store credit — at our discretion.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of placement. After 48 hours, pre-orders are non-refundable as production planning has begun.
